We mask and use breath against each other
Is our breath ours or "ours"?

How often do we actually think about breathing?
Do we respect our own breath, others?
Do we think of its value and what life without it means?
Do we practice breathing outside and in, within?

Do we share breath?
Do we teach breath?

Breathe Deeply! Breathe Free!

Waking up on Saturday Morning

This morning we slept in. I guess when I have the option, I’ll sleep in. Most days I’m up before 6, 6 is the latest. Most Saturday’s I am up for an event, working, volunteering, supporting others or racing. This is TriLife. I love waking up before the sun. The morning air, hearing the birds wake up. Mono-cropping, has one crop, one function, one eye, one perspective, one intention, and one fatal outcome.  Mono-cropping with Glyphosate is like everywhere the Cyclops was he had deadly farts to everything around him. Living to the Plus- Connection- Networking- Groups - Mentors - Leaders- Servant Leaders

How is your connection or connections? Do you have a support chain or network? Do you know networking is one of the greatest super powers? The phrase "it's not what you know but who you know" can truly be used to your advantage or detriment on how you use your network. If you have a passion or an objective, you can only do so much alone. Yet if you have an established network of resources, you can ask for help, delegate and collaborate to accomplish your goal faster, stronger and more effective. Another form of networking is groups and a way to connect. Weather it be on social media or (not in Vid-19 times) in person. Groups offer a bank of people and resources. If you utilize them effectively they can help motivate, keep you accountable and to help you reach your goals. What groups are you in and how do they benefit you?
